“Candice was my personal trainer, in a one on one environment, for over a year and a half. My standard appointment was for 6:00 a.m. which is not an easy time for a trainer or trainee. Candice’s enthusiasm was addictive and she never settled for anything less than 100 percent. I was interested in working on my flexibility and balance, as well as core strength, and she designed workouts to improve my performance in all of those areas, while keeping the routine fresh and interesting. "I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to do one on one fitness training with Candice.  I have been working with personal trainers twice a week for the past 13 years and Candice was easily one of my top traIners. From the very first session working her I was extremely impressed with her style, knowledge and ability.  Even though I was quite older than Candice (age 61), she had an amazing sense of my capabilities and what mix of exercises would best help me achieve my goals. She worked hard to insure every workout was challenging, creative and unique so I would continue to push myself and not simply settle in to a limited set of exercises.  Her passion for fitness and enthusiasm for her job were very obvious and inspirational.  Even though I have always challenged and pushed myself,  her style brought it to a whole new level for me.  Cardio components had always been my biggest challenge but I was able to achieve a new level with Candice, improving both my strength and endurance and feeling even stronger and more fit at 61 years old.  I really appreciated her focus on every detail of each exercise and providing pointers and reminders about form, which muscles should be engaging and where I should be feeling it.  Even on days when I wasn’t sure I had the energy to workout, Candice tailored my session accordingly and it always felt like it was the perfect workout for that day and I always left feeling better than when I arrived.
