It is necessary for us to understand how our bodies function, as women, and what they need (because it changes per our phases) so that we can continue to optimize our total health.


Our cycle and its 4 phases play a HUGE role in being able to live a healthy, intentional & successful life.


Let's set ourselves up to succeed, and show a little grace and self-love for the moments we feel the slightest bit of "less than fabulous".
